Pupil Introduction Service
How the Pupil Introduction System Works
Pupil Booking Process
When a potential pupil wants to book lessons or a course, they will contact us through our various driving school websites and directories. During this initial interaction, we will gather essential details about their requirements, such as the number of lessons they want, any specific courses, or preferences regarding lesson times.
Instructor Notification
Once we have established the pupil's needs, we will then present these details to the instructors within our network. Each instructor can see the specific lesson or course being offered and will have the opportunity to evaluate the job based on their availability and preferences.
Accepting or Rejecting Jobs
Instructors can choose to accept or reject the job offer. This flexibility ensures that instructors only take on pupils and courses that fit their schedule and teaching style. If an instructor accepts the job, the process moves to the payment stage.
Payment Structure
For the first lesson, the pupil is required to pay a deposit, below is an example with the lesson rate set at £45.00 per hour.
For a Two-Hour Lesson:
The total cost is £90.00, with a £45 deposit taken at the time of booking.
The remaining £45 is payable directly to the instructor during the first lesson.
For a Twenty-Hour Course:
The total cost is £900.00, with a £100 deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining £800 is paid to the instructor during the first lesson.
This deposit system helps confirm the pupil's commitment to their lessons.
Ongoing Lesson Payments
Importantly, once the initial payment is made and the first lesson begins, all future lessons and payments are handled directly between the instructor and the pupil. This allows for a more personalised and flexible arrangement, enabling instructors to set their own terms and manage their scheduling without intermediary involvement.
Benefits for Instructors

Clear Payment Structure
The upfront deposit system creates a safeguard for the instructor, ensuring that they receive payment and manage financial arrangements efficiently.
